Our finance position is filled by George Hirschfeld, former international commercial lending officer who has worked with many of the major New York Banks and European Finance companies, and is very proficient in middle market loan transactions.
We have developed a professional format for our packages which has been positively received by lending institutions. We have also set the stage with major New York banks to review our packages and provide technical assistance as appropriate.
The techniques for obtaining financing are many and varied. The success of the loan applications, however, hinges on one critical variable: relationships developed over time in the financial community.
